The Sales Executive leads sales engagements, selling solutions to address complex Business and IT
requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Lead delivery from client location and serve as the first point of contact; He / She would be
accountable for overall delivery, P&L and service excellence
- Achieving SLAs (service level agreements) with high level of client satisfaction; Responsible for
Delivery and Financial metrics
- Relationship management; establishes and builds relationships with client executives, MDs and
Managers
- Effectively manage collaboration with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to ensure
alignment and successful delivery
- Understand and proactively manage client expectations to provide superior customer
experience & satisfaction
- Ensure engagement objectives are in continuous alignment with the evolving business direction
- Anchor and drive the Monthly / Quarterly steering committee meetings with stakeholders
- Expected to have a high level technical & functional knowledge to explain business problems to
internal teams
- Responsible for driving Business Development Activities to grow the portfolio
- Should be able to tactically handle internal critical issues among project teams and horizontals
- Reporting to senior management / leadership teams on the overall engagement
- Helps handle internal operations – these include operations, process, coordination etc.
