AVP - Solution Architect

Job Location Bangalore, India


  • Must have played as a lead solution architect or solution integrator for medium and large deals (size up to $100mn).
  • Strong Tech knowledge in SOA, Mobile Tech, DevSecOps, AWS/Azure Cloud, Modernization Technologies, Automation Technologies, ServiceNow, ERP Systems.
  • Leads/participates in customer workshops during the pre-sales/solution phase, and presentations and solution defense activities post proposal submission.
  • Must have a proven track record of handling medium to large competitive, complex deals and successful closure.
  • Must have strong exposure to one or more of the markets – USA, Europe and APAC.
  • Background in BFSI domain.
  • Should have strong delivery management background.
  • Demonstrated leadership in Pre-sales, Solution strategy/Architecture/Integration, Costing and proposal defense.
  • Works closely with sales, account managers and executive management to develop win themes for the proposals.
  • Promotes use of strategic solutions and offerings by the business development community and provides support to sales/proposal teams.
  • Oversees all aspects of solution development, architecture and management processes from concept ideation through development, articulation, closure and transition to the delivery teams.
  • Play the role of a solution anchor working with technical, domain, delivery, finance and other supporting teams.
