Capacity building: Plan ahead for the future demands, Hire laterals, and ramp-up at
all levels of experienced consultants/developers, Maintain minimum pool strength.
Achieve revenue target: Business planning, Go to market approach, Road-shows,
Account mining, new logos addition, and sell managed services & Professional
services.
People management: Coach, mentor teams, career planning, retention,
progressions, working with cross functional/business groups.
Travel flexibility: Travel for presales, conference, marketing needs with short notice,
Travel for customer visits to strengthen relationship and to grow business, willing to
travel 50% of the time.
Service Delivery: Oversee all ServiceNow projects delivery, Accountable for high
customer satisfaction via surveys.
