Job Description:-

  • Overall responsible for Revenue and Profitability targets for the defined industry.
  • Experience in managing global relationship with C-level management.
  • Candidate with 15+ years have direct sales ownership with minimum 5+ years in Local market.
  • Deep connects in BFSI Industry selling IT Services and Solutions.
  • Proven track record of Net New Logos and hunting within the existing account.
  • Responsible for generating new gross sales and new revenue.
  • Problem Solver with imagination to structure creative solutions.
  • Identifying prospective clients and mapping the right stakeholders; Working directly with CXO’s (CEO, COO, CIO) of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector.
  • Long term relationship builder.
  • Map the landscape of business in the vertical in India.
  • Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Drive knowledge of competitive offerings, market and industry insight.
  • Should have strong solution selling experience in a large IT Organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
