Delivery Manager – Guidewire, India

Job Description:-

• Candidate with 12+years of experience in delivery of guidewire insurance suite from IT services company.
• Successfully delivering program across change and run for all the geographies.
• Help build Guidewire practice delivering transformation programs across the global.
• Ensure Customer Delight through seamless delivery.
• Building strong relationship with Customer ensure repeat business.
• Provide steer for ongoing engagement as part of the executive management council.
• Have handled various roles from Delivery management, Pre-sales and solution working closely with sales, solutions and delivery team to bring in new business and provide added value to existing customers.
• Have solid expertise in Core insurance business process areas – Pre sales, Rating, Underwriting, Policy Processing / Servicing, Forms, Claims, Stats & managing competency centers (CoE).
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate professionals to maximize organizational efficiency and productivity. Excellent communicator, with emphasis on building strong client and cross functional team relationships to enable efficient Onshore & Offshore Distributed Delivery Models.
