Regional Sales Manager – Abu Dhabi

Job Description:-

  • Overall responsible for Revenue and Profitability targets for the defined industry.
  • Experience in managing global relationship with C-level management.
  • Sales experience with IT or Global companies with off-shoring capabilities.
  • Candidate must be an experienced sales hunter to accelerate our client’s market presence, past success in hunting new logos.
  • Candidates with 14+ years experience and must have direct sales ownership with min 5+ years in the local market.
  • Candidate should be a Sales Hunter with an entrepreneur mind set with strong hunger of an entrepreneur and the smarts to navigate a large organization.
  • Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Detailed understanding of a solution sales process.
  • Drive knowledge of competitive offerings, market and industry insight.
  • Should have strong solution selling experience in a large IT Organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Vertical: BFSI preferably.
