Banking Delivery Leader (AVP) – Charlotte (North Carolina) Phoenix

The Sales Executive leads sales engagements, selling solutions to address complex Business and IT requirements.


  • 15 -18 years of industry experience, with hands on delivery, solutioning and account/client management skills in Banking domain.
  • Experience in delivering large projects for enterprises, experience in modernization from monolithic web services to micro services, Cloud initiatives related efforts preferred.
  • Must have Agile exposure.
  • Experience in development of critical applications Digital & QA transformation projects.

Primary Responsibilities:-

  • Manage globally distributed and large delivery teams across multiple projects covering US.
  •  Manage and deliver large multi-million dollar programs successfully.
  • Focus on the client's business problems - the ability to understand the client's broader business context and problems.
  • Working alongside the delivery team to provide technical expertise in the interpretation of business requirements to build a business case for products and services for clients.
  • Participation with sales in the account growth.

Skill Set Required:-

  • Highly articulate, excellent Client management skills and people skills.
  • Should have a proven track record of success and a distinguished career driving relationships
  • Should have adequate exposure to roadmap development, delivery/account management.
  • Exposure in micro services, Java and Cloud Technologies.
