Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 10+years of experience in HR domain.
  • Enable Business Development Support to Sales/Delivery Leadership.
  • Centre of expertise for local labour laws, ensuring compliance in people practices.
  • Ensure all operations in the region adhere to legal standards.
  • Drive onsite associate engagement and connect.
  • Craft the region specific strategy in association with the business leaders.
  • Relationship management and liaisoning with local authorities to enable business requirements.
  • Conduct periodic pulse reviews and participate in policy and process formulation for the region and drive employer branding efforts.
  • Strong stakeholder management & Leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and people connect, networking;
  • Good written and verbal communication esp. public speaking.
  • Sound Knowledge of HR processes, policies and systems.
  • Ability to understand and interpret local laws and regulations and align organizational practices accordingly;
  • Ability to quickly adapt to the local culture and practices.
  • Possessing strong skills on data analysis, documentation and presentations.
  • Proactive approach; solution orientation and decision making abilities.
Experience 10 - 15 Yrs
Education PGDM / MBA with specialization in HR preferred
