Client Engagement Manager – BPO - Europe

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 15+years of experience in IT domain selling BPO/BPS/BPM services and solutions.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in selling BPO Services and Solutions to the IT industry.
  • Candidate is responsible to own client relationship & Onsite & Offshore delivery.
  • One must handle P&L management of the account & Ability to take responsibility of Delivery outcome.
  • Should Understand various levers of Margin optimization in a project and portfolio.
  • Good in Client Relationship Management, people management & making Client presentations.
  • Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as manage client expectations during the engagement.
  • Smart enough to navigate a large organization.
