Job Description:-

• Have 15+ years of experience with a proven track record in Banking and Financial software services, especially on core banking product implementations.
• Strong expertise in Banking products with involvement on end-end implementations, upgrades, business solution consultancy, business development, project management, people management.
• Techno-Functional management skills across both Product & Project Management domains.
• Self-Starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising great judgment in problem solving, keeping team members and relevant stakeholders updated and informed with well-crafted verbal and written communications and demonstrating strong attention to detail.
• Integration and collaboration among teams globally ensuring alignment across geographies and business lines.
• Ability to work at strategic levels.
• Understanding of software development practices, and what is important to attract, grow, develop, and retain world-class knowledge and technology talent supporting OneAston’s vision for the future.
• Good Knowledge of waterfall and agile project methodologies.
