Client Services Manager – Singapore/Japan

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with overall 14+ years of experience; minimum 5+ years in Commercial and Digital Marketing building large profitable client relationships in SEA region.
  • Having deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey with Proven expertise of nurturing and building large profitable client relationships in Commerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers.
  • Build partnerships with product principals and other partners in the region.
  • Shape deals to sell large scale solutions. Build multi—prong relationship with clients to drive deal wins, preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Shape deals to sell large scale solutions.
  • Prioritizes deals that are aligned to company growth strategy.
  • Conducts client governance and executive level meetings and pitches.
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery and architecture teams to ensure greatest win ability

Education Bachelor’s degree required and MBA preferrede
