Job Description:-

• Candidate with 14+ years of experience in selling BPO/BPM/BPS services.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Enterprise vertical.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including Executive and C-level.
• Should be a leader with an entrepreneur mind set.
• Proven track record of Farming and hunting within the existing account and hunting net new logos.
• Deep connects in this industry selling outsourcing services.
• Must have direct sales ownership with minimum 4+ years in the local market.
• Candidate must be able to take ownership of the growth and Go-To-Market strategy.
