Sales Leader - BFS, Hong Kong

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 14+ years of experience; minimum 8+ years of experience in sales of IT services & solutions who will be responsible for BFS business.
  • Ability to Manage and grow Multi-Million accounts.
  • Good Grasp of the Banking and Insurance Industry, especially HK and Taiwan.
  • Should have led and sold outsourcing contracts preferably with Offshore in India.
  • Deep connects in IT services supporting IT based firms.
  • Maintaining and hunting within the existing account.
  • Determine customer business requirements and accordingly proposing company’s product / solution offerings.
  • Proven sales management and leadership skills, coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Drive knowledge of competitive offerings, market and industry insight.
  • Accurate & timely reporting to leadership on progress, activities, and planning.
  • Should have strong solution selling experience in a large IT Organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
