Global Administration and Facilities Head – Noida

Job Description:-

  • Candidate with 20+ years of experience in handling end-to-end admin and facilities in IT services industry.
  • Should be the Head of Administration & Facility management on various aspects like, leasing, contracting security, transport, budgeting, process management, housekeeping, compliance, space utilization, general administration.
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of all facilities leases and acquisition, developing the right approach, understanding of SEZ & STPI/ local government norms for efficient functioning.
  • Undertake efforts to understand the ROI and carbon mitigation opportunities.
  • Lead the ESG driven energy management and environmental initiatives, Baselining energy consumption to uncover quick wins that can result in immediate or near-term improvements.
  • Able to assess the situational needs, develop and implement creative solutions to live up to organization’s objectives and goals.
  • Develop and deploy a comprehensive Facility Management Strategy.
  • Motivate, supervise and ensure goals/targets are met while KRAs are clearly defined.
  • Develop a strong stakeholder management with key Senior Leaders of the company with efficient and clear communication.
  • Accountable for budgeting & periodic review on cost optimization and cost saving initiatives for all global offices.

Experience 20+ years of experience
Education Any Graduate in facility management, engineering, business administration, or relevant field
